At Gag House, every product is prepared and packed with care. As we are a growing independent brand, we currently operate under a No Return, No Exchange and No Refund policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made through Gag House are considered final sale. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or personal preference.

2. No Refunds

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, we currently do not offer refunds or cancellations.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take every possible care to ensure your order reaches you safely and correctly.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.
